The deposit is 25% of the booking amount (due upon booking).
We'll be happy to provide you with the exact bank details once you've confirmed your reservation. Your reservation is only valid after your deposit has been paid.

 

Pay

Remaining amount no later than the 1st day of arrival in CASH or by advance bank transfer

 

Check-in/Check-out

Check in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check out until 10:00 am

Unfortunately not allowed at the moment

 

Local tax / tourist tax

The local tax / visitor's tax is € 2.60 per person per day (from the age of 15)

and will be charged separately.

 

Minimum stay

Minimum stay 2 or 3 days

 

Park

Free parking is available directly in front of the apartment

 

Smoke

Our apartments are “non-smoking apartments”.

 

Cleaning fee

The final cleaning of the apartment will be charged separately:

Cancellation policy**

Free up to 3 months before arrival***

From 3 months to 1 month before arrival cancellation fee 50% of the booking price***

From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival cancellation fee 70% of the booking price***

From 2 weeks before arrival cancellation fee 90% of the booking price***

From 1 week before arrival cancellation fee 100% of the booking price***
